The circle
Four institutions, four axes.
Quadrant CPES is the tech & AI student circle of CPES Paris-Saclay, a joint programme of HEC Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Lycée International de Palaiseau Paris-Saclay and Université Paris-Saclay (of which ENS Paris-Saclay is a component). Company visits, meetings, talks, hackathons: we learn and build, together.
01 · The programme
Le CPES Paris‑Saclay.
A three-year multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary degree, built in partnership between ENS Paris-Saclay, HEC Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Lycée International de Palaiseau Paris-Saclay and Université Paris-Saclay.
The Cycle Pluridisciplinaire d’Études Supérieures (CPES) trains multidisciplinary profiles who master data science and AI (mathematics, computer science) and can interpret this data in health or in society, depending on the chosen track.

Common core
Data and AI
Mathematics and computer science: data science at the heart of the programme.
Tracks
Health or society
Interpreting data in the chosen field.
02 · What drives us
Tech and AI, from every discipline.
(1)
AI runs through every discipline
Health, society, economics: the fields our members study are on the front line.
(2)
Profiles that bridge the gap
Trained in data and in several disciplines, our members connect technology and its uses.
(3)
Learning from people who build
You understand a technology better by watching it being built, and by building it yourself.
03 · The name
A plane divided into four.
The name comes from the mathematical plane divided into four: the programme brings together four institutions, the circle organises its activity along four axes.
A quadrant also echoes the positioning matrices companies know well: it signals an analytical reading of the sector from the outset.
04 · Principles
How we work.
Four principles guide every event: speakers who practise what they talk about, projects carried through to the end, meetings that open doors, and a clear-eyed view of what AI changes.
(1)
High standards
Speakers who build, projects that ship, well-prepared events.
(2)
Hands-on
We learn by doing: every event leaves a trace, a contact or a prototype.
(3)
Openness
Every level, every discipline, and members from other institutions.
(4)
Critical thinking
Understanding what AI changes for health, society and the economy, as much as how it works.
